  Do your own research it will pay off! I do plenty of research before doing anything and finding an apartment was not going to be an exception to that. I looked at 20 different apartment communities between Yulee and Jacksonville and continuously referred back to Courtney isles when looking elsewhere. I took a while to finally decide to move in given that the prices are a little higher than other places but it is so worth it! I read all the reviews on every search engine, drove through the community at night quite a few times and I am so happy I convinced myself that this was the place for me. Well located as all the shopping centers are close and Fernandina beach is less than 10 miles away, quiet(although there's a train during the daytime that is quite loud so if you work at night maybe not too good), parking is always available, work orders are completed very quickly and office staff is super nice! Walls are not thin and even though there are a lot of big dogs in the complex I've never heard any of them bark. Overall I am extremely satisfied that I chose to live here.
